A few years back my wife and I took some time off to walk up and down Atlantic Avenue for the Camden ME Arts and Crafts show.  My wife who is always on the lookout for making a new friend, overheard a conversation that a “tourist” was having with one of the artisans, and she overheard the “tourist” verbalize that he was a tooth artist.

My dear wife then came over to me, and suggested that I should go over and talk to the “tourist”, that mostly likely he was a dentist too. Ok, that’s not going to happen.  I remember thinking, “Leave him alone Lanita, he is on vacation.”

While later on in the same day Lanita happened to run into the “tourist” again and this time my wife couldn’t resist.  As I said before my wife does like making friends.  And that is how I got to meet the “tourist” who was visiting us from Wisconsin.

It has been a few years now, and I am so glad that I met Larry Nummerdor.  Larry is the owner/operator at D&S Dental Lab.  He is a Certified Dental Technician, but more importantly he is also a tooth artist.

This last week Larry reached out to remind me of a service that they have been providing for awhile now, Custom Imprints on crowns.  Custom painted Images on dental crowns, or as I like to think of them, tooth tattoos.  Check out these pictures that Larry the tooth artist sent me.

So what do you think? A lobster could be fun. Who is your favorite team? The Boston Red Sox, or maybe the New England Patriots logo?
