We have previously posted some of the things we have done to get ready for opening after the COVID 19 pandemic. We have been fitted for N95 masks, purchased air purifiers, and added extra PPE. This, along with our new office protocols, has been set in place to protect our patients and staff. Our staff is still researching and making every attempt to stay up to date on new products and guidelines as far as safety. Not only do we rely on the ADA, CDC, and state health officials for our information, but also on our fellow colleagues. It takes a village and our dental community is a great village!
As with many offices, we are easing back in to see patients. Our goal is to make sure we are following all of the guidelines put forth. These are new waters we are treading in so developing a routine will take time. Nellie and Brenda will be prompting you during their confirmation calling to guide you through this process. Our patients thus far have been so understanding of our new office procedures. This includes taking temperatures and an array of new questions. We are very thankful and appreciate your patience especially in this new climate of uncertainty with COVID19. We’ll do our best to keep you informed!
We hope for continued good health for everyone and look forward to seeing you soon! If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office at 207-236-4740.
