It’s a rainy Sunday afternoon, and I have four hours to spend in Damariscotta.  As I drive into town, the first thing I noticed is all the people that are milling around.  Parking is SCARCE, and I see a big yellow tent on the waterfront.  When I walk up to the greeter positioned in front of the yellow tent, I ask him what’s the event?  He tells me that it is the Oyster Festival.  Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the Festival. It’s been a long day, and we are driving home. It’s suppertime and we are hungry. We are still 30 minutes from home. Should we wait to eat at home or should we eat at Moody’s!
